Privacy at LopiQ

Data LopiQ may process

When you use the search page, LopiQ may process the product/search term you enter and, if you provide one, a UK postcode or postcode district. A full postcode is used only temporarily during the live search request to improve delivery or collection accuracy.

LopiQ does not currently ask for your name, email address, password, payment details, or account profile. LopiQ does not sell personal data and does not store customer accounts or unnecessary personal data in the current MVP.

Anonymous search logging and cache

LopiQ may keep anonymous operational search logs, offer snapshots, and short-lived cache records so the service can avoid repeat marketplace requests and understand whether searches are working. These records may include the search term, broad postcode area or district, active marketplace source, result count, success status, and timestamps.

Full postcodes are not stored in these anonymous logs or cache records. IP addresses are not written to the Supabase operational tables used by the current MVP.

Technology service providers

LopiQ uses trusted technology service providers for hosting, deployment, backend, database, logging, security, and performance. Current core technology service providers may include Vercel for hosting and deployment, and Supabase for backend/database services.

Vercel may process standard hosting and request information needed to serve the site and keep it secure. Supabase is used for anonymous operational logging, offer snapshots, and short-lived cache data when configured.

Accounts and email alerts

User accounts are not currently used. Email alerts are not currently active, and the current public site does not collect email addresses for alerts. If alerts are added later, the privacy information should be updated before collecting email addresses.

Cookies

LopiQ does not add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tracking, or third-party marketing scripts in the current MVP. The app does not intentionally set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.

If strictly necessary cookies or similar storage are used by the hosting platform, PWA install support, service worker delivery, or core application delivery, they are used only to provide and protect the service. Because the current app does not use non-essential cookies, no cookie banner has been added.
